Privacy Policy

Talyvro AI processes candidate and employee data solely for recruitment and career development purposes, on the basis of consent.

What data we process

• Profile data: name, contact details, experience, skills, CV content
• Assessment data: screening answers, interview transcripts, scores
• Usage records: an audit log of sign-ins and consequential actions

Mobile app

The Talyvro AI mobile app uses a few device capabilities that the web does not. Below is what each one is for and where the data stays.

• Camera and photo library — only to scan your CV from a picture. The image is converted to a PDF on your device and uploaded as a CV file; the picture itself is not stored separately.
• Push notification token — one record per device so we can notify you: the token, the device language and the app version. It is deleted when you sign out and on your request.
• Biometric confirmation (Face ID / fingerprint) — only to unlock the app. Biometric data never leaves your device; the server neither receives nor stores it.
• Assessment integrity signals — leaving the app and screenshot attempts are recorded during an online test. These signals are not an automatic rejection reason; a human decides, and the signals are stated openly on the test screen.

Notification text contains no personal data. Your name, the role title, salary and scores are never shown on the lock screen — the text is built from the event type alone, and details open inside the app.

We do not collect location, contacts, health, financial or advertising data; there is no tracking, and data is not sold to third parties. You can request account deletion from inside the app: Profile → ⚙ Settings → “Deactivate my account” → “Request erasure”. Full steps and what is deleted: Account deletion.

Consent and visibility

Your identity is revealed to employers only with your consent; anonymous mode and pause can be activated at any time. Every identity-reveal event is written to the audit log.

The role of AI

AI only recommends, explains and summarizes — consequential decisions such as hiring, rejection and evaluation are always made by a named human. AI output references evidence and never uses protected attributes (age, gender, ethnicity, etc.).

Your rights

• Download a copy of your data (candidate panel: Settings → Data rights)
• Correct inaccurate data
• Close your account and request deletion of eligible data — subject to retention and legal obligations; a reason is shown for every record that is kept

Retention and security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, access is limited by role-based permissions, and passwords are stored with modern hashing algorithms. Backups are encrypted.
