Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of Talyvro AI (the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Purpose of the service

The Platform provides AI-assisted tools for recruitment, candidate assessment and career development. AI output is advisory; responsibility for the final decision rests with an authorized person at the customer organization.

User obligations

• Keep account credentials confidential and never share them
• Enter only accurate data that belongs to you (or that you are authorized to process)
• Use candidate data solely for lawful recruitment purposes
• Do not attempt to bypass the system’s security mechanisms

Responsible use of AI

Employer users undertake not to use AI recommendations as the sole basis for decisions, to state a job-related reason for rejection decisions, and to follow candidate consent rules. All consequential actions are written to the audit log.

Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. Service interruptions are possible during the pilot phase; verifying data for critical decisions is the user’s responsibility.

Changes

These terms may be updated; material changes will be announced within the platform.
