Account deletion

This page applies to the Talyvro (Talyvro AI) mobile app and web account. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

In the app: Profile → ⚙ Settings → “Deactivate my account” → “Request erasure”.

If you have uninstalled the app, in a browser: sign in at talyvro.demos.az → Settings → “Close account and delete eligible data” → “Erasure request”.

Data that is deleted

• Name, email address, headline and location
• Profile content: summary, skills, work experience, education
• CV file
• Profile photo

Data that is kept, and why

Application records are kept without personal data — only which position, which stage and the dates. This is the employer’s record of the hiring decision, and hiring processes are subject to legal retention. The deletion itself is also written to the audit log.

Timing and retention

• The request goes to the employer’s administrator and is carried out after a legal hold check.
• If a legal hold applies because of a dispute, deletion is blocked until the hold is lifted.
• Records kept without personal data are retained for at most 24 months after your last activity (an employer may set a shorter period), after which a daily automated process anonymises them.
